Read the N-Type & Plastician interviews - not bad. I have not seen this site before.

Cheers

if you don't need the money, hold onto it. you may never make any money out of it but it is sometimes worth holding onto for that one time you scratch the stylus across it!

I have ended up with double copies of several tunes but I always hold onto them.

I have had problems with some dubstep 12"s in the past. The needle gets stuck in a rut and keeps playing the smae section over and over.

Is this something to do with the way the sub gets cut? Anyone else notice this?

Has anybody actually bought one of these copies? I have been tempted to get one before but would be interested to know how good the quality is.

can't be much help on the mastering side of things, but this tune is heavy. The sample really works with the minimal beats, it just all seems to gel together well (altough the mix does sound a little muffled).

I would get this off to the pressing issue boys!

I would buy this if it was a 12".

Cheers for the advice. I also did some scratching around on the internet and found this:

Seems quite good, you cannot split by time (just file size) but if you have a 50mb file, you can split it into 10mb/5mb blocks. It is also free.

Frequencies, I think it would beneift from some extra Eq to clean it up and make the different elements stand out.

You are right about the intro!! I was expecting it to kick into Kraftwerk's Tour De France!!!!!

The drums hang together quite nicely, the sounds need separating a bit but it is not a bad base to a tune - not sure what direction it needs to take though.
