Best thng mate is to acutally sample a live drum kit- a GOOD one, with a GOOD mic Thats where my best samples are from.

My Tannoy Reveal Active's work nicely with my mid cab and 2x15 inch sub cabs. You might get the Tannoys for about £300. Wheres the logic support? why reason? Sure its not bad but no other instuments! Subtractor and Malstrom aren't exactly the best.

It is all about sync'n up the lfos and cutoffs for the mighty fwab! Easier to automate on logic and sounds better!
