These tracks have been making a stir on dubplate for some time now, being heard on Rinse FM, Radio One, and at raves such as DMZ & Subloaded.

ShackletonÂ’s offering is a swirling, percussive journey through middle-eastern pipes and deep sub-bass, his love of dub and traditional Turkish & Ethiopian music shining through.

Appleblim drops two fresh tracks: Â‘Cheat IÂ’, and Â‘GirderÂ’ which has received plenty of props when rinsed by Pinch at legendary dubstep rave DMZ and by N-Type on his popular Rinse FM show.

With both tracks being played on Rob Da BankÂ’s Radio One show, and Shackleton beats in the sets of everyone from Kode 9 & Joe Nice to Paul Rose of Hotflush, its looking like a great start to 2006 for Skull Disco.

Appleblim & Shackleton have been playing out at venues all year, from their own packed out Skull Disco parties where Digital Mystikz shook down the system, to Manchester with the mighty VexÂ’d, to Bristol supporting dubstep scene-leaders such as DJ Pinch, DJ Chef, and Loefah.

Got my copy through before Xmas (cheers guys!), played Cheat I out on NYE and it sounded hot!
