This track is tight man, it sounds twice as good as mine (plus Hulk FX=awesome)! I just wish I knew enough about music production to offer some useful advice. Thanks for the feedback. Beginner's luck I guess...

I really dig the transitions and the harmonies are great as well. It all sounds very musical! I just wish there was some more sparkle and depth to the mix. And the, really awesome hulk samples could be a bit more in the mix. I haven't dealt any with vocals though, so i don't know how to go about doing that.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think I got a little over zealous with making sure the hulk samples were audible. And as far as the sparkle, I totally agree, I'm thinking of boosting the high end of the wobbles, perhaps isolating the high ends and compress and boost a bit. Possibly with the synths too. I can't get away with boosting the high end on the whole track cause of those deliciously resonant hats. Lol. Thanks a ton for the advice and thoughts, I'm probably going to mix this a little better tonight.

Thanks a bunch for the feedback I really appreciate it. Checked out a couple of your tracks man, they totally seem like something for a horror flick, very appropriate.

Had another crack at it with fresh ears and a couple new ideas, you should enjoy clearer sounding more varied wobbles, including our old time favorite: triplets. Enjoy the smooth taste of crispier highs, and more potent punches. Oh, put his vocals more in the mix as well.
Thanks for the feedback guys

there are definitely places where it sounds flat. i use a bit this
http://www.audiodamage.com/downloads/pr ... pid=ADF002 for compression on drums- try it with yours, it's free. potential for a banger if you can bring it alive.. hope this helps. i'm not great for advice generally, but am good at spotting a good finished product- except with my own stuff..

Hey Triphopsphate!! Funking like the track mate! Great vibe and energy on the whole! Realle dope melodies as well.
On a technical level, the track is less perfect, but your ideas seem to compensate that. Mix could be a little tighter imo, and your kick and snare sound a bit overcompressed, but that might be taste (i like drum samples with some texture)... Snare could use some more top end as well...
Overall, i think its very cool! Keep going!

Thanks a mil guys, I think I'm gonna spend all next week tightening this one up, probably gonna do the percussion all over again to be honest. I've had a bunch of different approaches in my head for livening this one up.

Seems to lack a bit in the low end, actually.
And the snare should need a bit more space, it might be overcompression, but I'd actually check the EQ first. Give it a bit more of that 'snap' in the high end.
Composition-wise, it's a great track, absolutely nothing to complain about there.
Keep up the great work!
