Good modern R&B thread

Post by pikeymobile » Sun Oct 30, 2011 7:40 pm

I'll admit I'm too lazy to search to see if there's already another.
I feel the genre gets a shit load of flak due to all the electro-house themed shit thats about at the moment, and I know loads of people that seem to think R&B hasn't been the same since Timbaland stopped producing good tunes, but I think it's better than ever

I hate folk slandering modern R&B, there is some quality shit out there. For example, Drake is quality - the minimal, dark drawl is my shit right now. I'm on my phone ATM, but when I'm on my laptop I'll post links n ting

No problem, I know a lot of folk here hate the term, but postdubstep.tumblr.com sometimes posts quality RnB and remixes

On a related note, just a tip, Drakes album leaked and it's a wee bit good
