Ultra high precision motion tracking.

Post by pete_bubonic » Tue Jun 12, 2012 8:16 am

Thought this would be of interest to some of the nerds on here:

The potential for music making with this level of accuracy and no gloves ala Minority Report / Imogen Heap would be amazing. I've preordered as the thing is only $70!
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

Thanks for the heads-up, it looks very impressive.

Any idea what is currently supported?
I see Windows 7 but what about Reaper and associated vsts?

It's not released yet (first shipping orders near christmas) so I don't think there'll be any support for music programs for a bit. But anyone with a bit of API skill should be able to come up with some nice things. I'm certainly going to be playing around with midi controlling when I get mine.

I found out about this like 2 months ago I was going to post it here but I forgot :( good thing someone else did! Looks fantastic!

The first thing I thought about was producing with it. But could you imagine djing with it instead of a midi controller? o.O Minority Report esque shows lol.
