duststep ? wtf??
well... been moving through all sorts of dubsteprelated music for quite a while now (always refered to it as 'dubstepclectic' since it was never 100% dubstep and since dubstep as such is already eclectic as hell) , but finally start feeling a sense of what is truely my taste in the whole spectrum. so this "duststep" now turns me into making a new mix with loads of new tunes and some klassiks,
starting off with dark breakstep, glitchy grime, deep wobblers takin' it a bit down again and going over atmospheric dubstep and building up again with breakstep to junglebass
so its up down up like dust blowing in a wind, finding a spot and than being blown even further in to the sky to drop even harder
most stuff is pretty dark/ glitchy/harsh but some has a real melodic or easy dubby flow ... so it's not all the same stuff but u'll notice a strainge sort of coherence... it has to do with sharpness and coldness on the one hand , and melody and atmosphere on the other... I guess
