New year. New start. Not-so-new beats.
Here's the story....
A thread on the dubstepforum was started recently. It's all about "Lost Dubs". All those tunes that should have been released, but for some reason -- never saw the light of day. Needless to say, i've been taking suggestions and digging in the basement for tunes. If you're new to dubstep....we're going to school on this show. Class is in session.
It's gonna be a bit different than my October 2006 radio show. That was an "old school dubstep" show. This is all about "LOST DUBS".

Look at it this way - i've got at least 30 tunes that i KNOW I'm going to play.
THIRTY.
THREE
ZERO.
30.
If i didnt pull up a single tune....that's a minimum of about 90 minutes. Trust me..there will be liftups and pullups. So -- this show is gonna be at least two hours....and it might even go past that.
I havent even dug out the D1 tunes yet.....oh boy! Plus -- there's still a few Skream bits that i didnt get to play from the "OLD SCHOOL DUBSTEP" show in Oct. 2006.
I cant play Konga, Depth Charge and Future's Dark again on this show....i just played them in October.
Can't play that Plasticman tune - Barefoot Riddim. Got the rinse in October. But trust me...there's some Plasticman tunes that are gonna get played. Does anyone else remember "The Lift VIP"?
What about the original version of "PRAYER" by Random Trio (Cyrus)? Can you imagine a 12" with this on one side and Distance's version on the flip? You know you'd buy it....two copies!
it's gonna be on people....trust me.
