Okay, just to clarify, these tickets are to Metadub. I’ve gotten a whole slew of msgs so far and I’m too busy to reply to everybody.

So, if yr interested, send me another msg with an offer by 5 today and I’ll contact the person I’ll sell em to tonight. I just don’t have the time today to be chasing people with how much they want to pay.

Yeah it was good.

I found a little of the Bug's industrial-ragga-dubbing schtick a little OTT. It's fine when he's building up a big wall of abrasive reverb but when Ricky Ranking was trying to do a few sweet little lines and he was putting layers of angle-grinder style noise over it I didn't think it worked as well.

I thought Killa P was very impressive, better than Flowdan really.

And hearing Igloo getting dubbed live was amazing. Not to say just hearing it out on a big rig also. If I had a dream fwd I would have Mak10 or whoever do an hour of pure Wiley productions with Goodz and Riko MCing.

Left part way through Kode9 as mega-tired but seemed pretty good in a textured way. I love the abrupt juxtapositions provided by vinyl mixing though, and I’m not sure seamless laptop textures suit dubstep and grime as well. Probable just listened to too many Slimzee sets!

Bare technicals as you say, and the most commercially nonchalant soundman ever!

Absolutely killer!

Good to hear Shackleton's new stuff also. If found this archive of MAH show which features some of the material :

Yea, the sound problems were a little annoying. Funny cos the venue is so renowned for it's rig you just come to expect the best. The sound guy was very cool under pressure (to cool?!?).

Anyways, still a great evening - good to see The Wire beard-strokers going off ;)
