-DZ [Vancouver, Canada] Scuba | Black Acre | Lodubs | Off Road | Dubkraft | Badman Press...
In the international Dubstep scene many producers fill record bags and CDRs with their productions - but very few match the quality and consistency of DZ's efforts. DZ’s prodigious weekly output of music reaches dance floors from San Francisco, to Bristol, to Sydney and beyond. With 14 years of experience djing raves and clubs- DZ started focusing on production in 1999. DZ has produced Hip-Hop, Breaks, D&B and Dubstep music and has also produced a bit of Bassline as well. Other world class Dj's have recognized DZ's productions and their crowd moving nature Dj's such as Sinden, Herve and Diplo - just to name a few. He has releases currently on SCUBA, BLACK ACRE, LODUBS, OFF ROAD and DUBKRAFT and forthcoming releases on TRUE TIGER, BLACK ACRE, LODUBS & AUFECT. DZ will also be releasing music on a few imprints that are currently in development. Everyone of his releases thus far has been repressed – attesting the the popularity of his music. In addition to producing coveted dance floor singles - DZ's first full-length LP is being anticipated eagerly by the underground dance music world. As a DJ - DZ likes to push the envelope by playing mostly unreleased/ exclusive music from new and talented producers. His live sets are full of energy, with dub after dub fired off faster than you can say BADMAN PULLUP! DZ, or whatever alias he produces under to keep up with his creative output, is one to keep an eye and ear on.........just follow the rolling sub bass.

-Ben Freeman [Harrisburg, PA] Gravity Recordings | 7-17 Productions....
an eclectic DJ of 10 years who has opened for renowned acts such as Joe Nice, Bunzero, Dara, Liondub, Frankie Bones, and DJ Lovegrove while recently making strides as a headlining act. Spinning multiple genres of electronic music ranging from Dubstep, to Drum and Bass, to House, Hip hop, Reggae, Broken Beat, Downtempo... you name it he plays it. Known to mix genres into a blend of Dubwize and soulful slammers, he always delivers the best selection no matter what. Ben Freeman delivers cuts at rapid fire speed, while managing to seemlessly blend his beats from break down to break down. If you watch his mad scientist style, he never stops, constantly moving and tweaking his records and the mixer. Recently hooked to the Badman sounds of Dubstep music, the bass has called him to the line of fire to drop the dopest tunes to hit your chest. You will surely be rocking out and calling for this Badman to play just one more tune!!!

Image
-elius.Q [Wilkes-Barre, PA] Underground Accolade.....
Getting started in 1995, he was a big fan of underground techno and hip hop. While hitting up clubs throughout the New York and Philadelphia area he came across the jungle scene in early 1997. This new style consisting of many subgenres opened him up to many new potentials in music. Having taken in so much he decided to start djing in the shadowy confines of his bedroom, in the year 2000. His first appearance was at a house party. Over the years, he has been invited to play out alongside some local talent. However, he still preferred to remain in the shadows practicing his art. Growing weary of the commercialism of hip hop and getting tired of the newfound fashionableness of the local drum'n'bass scene within the last few years, his dj ambition became lackluster. Then in 2005, at the push of Conscious Pilot he slowly found himself loosening the grip on his hip hop roots only to be consumed by a new genre of music called dubstep. Unable to escape the dank depths of bass and the universal rhythms, he find himself.........another souljah.
