Im using Logic and its probably a combo of saw and PWM in massive all at different octaves. I cant quite remember. Ill check later!

Really liking the ideas. Mixdown is letting it down though. Its all too compressed. You got a compressor or limiter on the master bus/channel? If so then take the ratio down a bit. Its cutting too much of the drums down when it drops. Probably due to the amount of bass. Good tune otherwise. Reminds ...
