First two are kind of off-kilter house, I guess they have a sort of kwaito/uk funky vibe underneath them. The 3rd is a very early 90s sounding house track, sort of harking back to the records my bro used to bring back home ...

I used to play a lot of broken beat (and for my money a lot of what is being referred to as funky is really just broken beat too, but thats another story...).
