Re: PUT YOUR WORKS-IN-PROGRESS HERE FOR FEEDBACK.

I should probably let this track die as its taken so long to get going, but meh, started working a little on the structure side of things, intros/buildups etc have never been my good point but, feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hai, still putting ideas into this, just trying to get it all down somewhere before I lose motivation to build it up.

Stereo mix recording.

So, I used to just sample stuff online using windows very own sndrec32, through the steory mix option in the audio options, I've found a need to record longer than one minute however, can anyone reccommend (preferably simple) programes that I can record straight from the sm?.

Cheers

Re: Just before I click checkout..

It's more the cables, Im not a great "cable guy" so to speak :P will everything work fine from the setup?

I'd hate for everything to arrive to realise I've forgotten something/brought the wrong cables.

Starting out. Monitor and soundcard combo.

So, im looking at investing in my first pair of powered monitors. for roughly <£500. After looking around for my needs (which are few, I have no external inputs other than the monitors) I'm leaning towards....

KRK Rokit 6's
