11th March: 12 x 12

On Thursday 11th March, London's The Scala is to be taken over by the dirty dozen: not Lee Marvin and fellow convicts, but creators of some of the most seminal dance anthems of all time. And all - appropriately enough, given that the night is dubbed 12x12 – will be playing music on 12-inch. It’s a ...

Cultureclash - will DMZ beat Goldie / Soul II Soul / Trojan?

Soundsystem rivalry may now be commonplace, but these battles of the bass usually take place within a single musical style. Culture Clash (http://www.redbullmusicacademy.com/london/event/?id=2), at London’s Roundhouse on 17th Feb, is the city’s first ever head-to-head to cross genres. And with not ...

A true one-off this… Not only a killer line-up split between Warp (Plaid, Clark, Mira Calix) and Ninja Tune (The Bug, DJ Food, King Cannibal), and a spectacular location (the Royal Albert Hall… in the loading bay), but a genuinely innovative set-up featuring the live blending of multi-dimensional ...

Noones as terrible as Skream, I dont see what his malfunction is with it...
