Depends on the tracks we're talkin my answer refered to the older blawan tracks, the iddy, lavender, type stuff... ever since shader came out, and the newer stuff, he simply seems to use incredible kits... 6 to 6 licks is a proof that the man is a genius... some of his drums sound pretty dirty imo.....

Hey wonderin' if ableton's morph square thingy could in any way allow one to morph between two instances of a vst.. something like a slow crossfade between vsts... something one could do with a mouse and a day ahead but ive heard u can assign various vstis to ONE instrument channel... and i wonder i...

im using fm8 arpegiators to come out with crazy techy patterns and i love the things i come out with... but i want to tweak one parameter (The same) through every single instance of my duplicated fm8 channels (im up to 7 now) i want to find a way to control a parameter for multiple instances of the ...

yeah but the strings have to be the same length otherwise phasing issue n iss really bad

im impressed how few people name fm8 when a single vst is soke after

as djs i have been told they're very clean but play in the same waters for a whole set.. nothing too extravagant, too vibey, too deep...

cut your lows AFTER compressing, on your bass/mids, makes the sound fatter and the compression less obvious. Depending on what you want to achieve it could be considered very bad mixing advice. Low frequencies tend to make compressors go stoop and clip sounds in a rather unpleasant way. I personall...
