In the intro the reverb on the drums needs to have a low cut, the low frequency reverb doesn't sound good IMO.
Nice use of reverse snares and kicks, they keep the drums sounding ...

Taken on board some of the comments, reworked the wip slightly.
Parallel compressed the kick to beef it up a bit, although to my ear it now sounds too boomy
Also changed the arrangement slightly as well, and lost one of the pads.

KQMTB2006 - Really like the chip-style melody, and the bassline sounds good, but I don't think the breaks at the end of the bass phrase add anything. You may want to consider holding the notes slightly longer, it sounds ...

Ericgasparro - Liking the second section of the track after the breakdown, but seeing as there's not a massive kick I'd boost the level of the sub. Other than that there's no major stand out points that i notice. Nice work.

@Standby - Nice panning work, the bass definitely needs work! Sounds too loose, The attack and decay both need shortening IMO. The reverb sounds cool. Think you should get on with finishing it, cause it sounds pretty sick :W:

@S3b - Sounds like you've some clashing frequencies when the bass kicks ...

Took into consideration some of the previous comments, also adjusted the levels slightly.

@antman - keys sound really good mate, but the bass sounds like it needs some development and variation.

@Bodom418 - Track sound fairly well mixed to me, mid-range is nicely defined but not too harsh. Don't think the style of the track would suit a really tense build up, sounds good as it is to me ...

Anyway the drop is sick, i'm liking the fact you've given the bass a lot of room. Maybe think about dropping the level on the kick drum? Snare's sounding good though ...

There's no reverb on the drums, must be subliminal mate. I'm not sure about the drums though the kick seems too strong in comparison to the rest of the set.
I did think about smoothing the synth out but it seemed to work building tension toward the end.

Not sure if I should lover the levels on the kick drum.....?
