Just make sure the motherboard is texas instruments firewire chip if your audio interface is firewire , as the TI chips play nicer than non TI chips. Overclockers.co.uk have some tasty pcs and bundles that are (you guessed it) overclocked right out of the box.

I got one in January from Staples, they had a sale on, got a really nice one for £90 (was £180) with padding armrests...defo get padded arms rqather than plastic. I would try them in person, ones that look comfy sometimes arn't, so buying online can be a gamble

Basement Arts Reflex drum slicer. Its my goto for drum triggering and tempo syncing loops quickly. Although it doesnt play nice with the latest versions of cubase/nuendo, so im still using nuendo 3.
