for this i just made a reese in z3ta, added some distortion and a flanger, and automated a filter. don't overdo it with effects or you can lose power easily, everyone says to pile on the effects. also use small wet levels of the ...

Pitch up your snares. And use transient shapers, but try not to overdo it because when you get too punchy with those, drums lose their fatness quick. Also when boosting EQ on them use small Qs.
