i love getting the booklets and art when i buy CDs.. i definitely didn't skip it, thats still how i buy music. even tho it is stupid considering they're just flimsy, outdated soft-drive discs that hold something like 350MB data... and the drives for them are on their way to being phased out of ...

even among the rich families i know, thats more of a "I just finished my Bachelors degree in 4 yrs" type present. Christmas happens every fucking year. I got an Ella Fitzgerald CD and my piano's being tuned, and i couldn't be happier w those gifts ...

also we need playback decks that just have a USB thumb drive port, and a dedicated browser screen. Why they aren't already standard, i have no idea.
