Re: Opinions on Bangarang?
Devil's Den is pretty good. The rest of the EP is just uninteresting tbh. Just sounds like the same old. I was seriously disappointed by that track with Ellie Golding...

Re: So i listened to the whole new korn lp...
I skipped reading most of this thread in order to keep my opinion un-jaded.
Overall I liked it, but I have also determined that the way they probably went about making this album seems a bit flawed. It seems like KoRn didn't really give the other artists their place to shine. Feed Me is fantastic ...

Re: Attending club nights and bumping into producers
Went to an Evol Intent show and saw Gigantor chillin on stage during some other guy's set. I ducked past security and got my Era of Diversion CD signed by him, it was pretty sick. I talked with him for a good 5 mins though it was almost impossible to hear him. He was nice as hell though.

Re: Blue Yeti USB Mic
For instruments it's not very good, for instruments I'd get an SM57 at least.
For recording little things like sounds in your room or whatever or you singing or talking it's fine.
Have it/love it. It should be fine for samples but it's intended for vocals.
My thanks to both of you! We spent ...

Blue Yeti USB Mic
My friend picked up a Blue Yeti USB Mic. I'm not familiar with them and was wondering what to expect. I want to use it to record samples, he wants to record metal covers. Does anyone in here own one? What are its strengths/limitations?

Holy crap...how has no one mentioned Half-Life 2? Their bio-organic sounds were amazing.

Re: Horn VST ?
Hello,
I'm looking for some good VST to get proper horns sounds :)
Please recommend me something!
I have never heard of a VST specifically for horns, but I'm sure there's ways to make a similar sound with Massive/Albino3 or whatever. Just hunt through all the preset packages or tutorials on ...

Re: Review of Bassnectar's Divergent Spectrum
My review:
I don't really see much reviewing going on this post. I'll take my knock at it:
The new album is pretty sick. Overall I'd give it a 8/10. As a comparison to some of his other releases I'd give Mesmerizing the Ultra a 9/10, Underground Communication a 10/10, Cozza Frenzy a 10/10, the ...
