for a mid bass, i usually cut below 100, dip 1 db at snare punch, slightly boost around 5k and cut the high end depending on he timbre and processing.

oddly all things equal, simply dropping audio has better sound quality than impulse and drum rack...

not everyone is cut to master, since you clearly are doing something wrong.

no brainer, vxt4's are far superior for monitoring than any of the rp series.

I recently made a remix of gotye - somebody I used to know, and uploaded the song to soundcloud and youtube. After receiving a few thousand plays, the song just disappeared. We were featured in blogs, and the song was not available for download anywhere. There are hundreds of remixes of this song on...

We only used the vocals in the song, and to be honest we cleaned them up, as they were dry and muddy. The original song has 250 million views on youtube btw.

We did a nice soft remix of this song, and in our opinion much better than the original. please take a look
