Re: rusko - jahova
Whoops. Ignore me, thought it was Fruity Loops.
Its Skream who uses that isn't it?
Can't knock it really if (as I heard) Midnight Request Line was made on FL.
Possibly the finest Dubstep song ever made.

Re: rusko - jahova
Does he still use Fruity Loops?
If not, he should go back to it. Simple is best with Dubstep.
I should think he had a hand with his latest album, production on that seems more substantial (if much more commercial and 'poppy', chart friendly).

Re: Dubstep vs. UK Garage
Yeah, that 8 DVD thing. I see what you mean.....BUT....
I do have a load of Garage vinyl and used to DJ it back in the day. Still have it all. I bought the DVD's to sort of fill in the gaps where I wanted high quality copies of tunes I didn't get at the time.
It is a bit bad really. Sorry?!

Re: Dubstep vs. UK Garage
Wanted to put Agent X - Decoy or Turbulence in there somewhere but could't find them! I miss the Garage days. See what you mean about the Narrows tunes. Not the best. Yeah, any bass driven garage tunes you can think of let me know. I have literally loads of tunes from the DVD's I bought just need th...

Re: Dubstep vs. UK Garage
Yes, I got 8 DVD's from Ebay about 3 years ago, this dude had ripped his entire garage collection from vinyl. So I have it on MP3, am off work 2morro so can send it over? Am pretty sure the version on my mix is a refix (I think it was made by my friends friend actually!) PM me your email address and...

Re: Dubstep vs. UK Garage
Does Narrows produce Dubstep at all??? He should. I remember on that Skream interview he said he was influenced by darker bass driven garage but wanted to minimalise it. Keep the bass and lose the emcees and unecessary beats. Narrows smashed it with Saved Soul. Also, can anyone remember the names of...

Dubstep vs. UK Garage
Not posted in a while.... Got bored today and made a short mashup of UK Garage and Dubstep. Still cant decide if it's blasphemy or genius. Would this go down well in a club? Or would people just stand there looking confused?! Let me know. Only did it for an experiment so don't be too abusive if you ...

Re: Liam Howlett MUST make a Dubstep tune (The Prodigy)
Ok fair enough. Wouldn't hurt though as a little bonus track? Maybe if he releases a new single and does a Dubstep remix as a B-side. These are just dreams anyway. lol

Re: Liam Howlett MUST make a Dubstep tune (The Prodigy)
I sort of agree, although I am fond of 'Omen'...'Warriors Dance' and 'Take Me To The Hospital' off the Invaders Must Die album. I am a Prodigy fan though. You could make a sick Dubstep version of Warriors Dance. Has anyone done that yet???

Re: Liam Howlett MUST make a Dubstep tune (The Prodigy)
Fair enough, I just think they have the capability to make a really good Dubstep tune, thats all. Do people take Chase and Status seriously then? As they are Drum n Bass specialists that have made Dubstep tunes? Whats the difference with Liam trying his hand at it. Stupid thread. Just ignore it. I'l...

Know it's just a sample, but this was sort of what got me into Dusbtep. Along with Eastern Jam and Guilty (Plastician Remix).

Liam Howlett MUST make a Dubstep tune (The Prodigy)
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58/sorent/newlogo.jpg I'm a massive Prodigy fan and was listening to Skreams 'Out Of The Box' album last night, quite a few tracks reminded me of Liam Howletts production style, even down to some of the samples that Skream uses. No disrespect to Skream as the album...

Re: Your 'TOP 5' Dubstep Tunes Right Now...
Wow, what a response! Thanks everyone, going to take me a while to check all of these. Plenty for me to get stuck into. Checked a few out last night, downloaded that Skream - Out Of The Box album and was very very impressed. Nothing like how I thought it would be, I'd go so far as to say that the pr...

Re: Stop David Gray From Covering Burial's Archangel
That would be actually classic.
I'd like to hear a full orchestra version of Archangel. Violins, Drummers, Bassline played on a double bass, conductor , the lot. I think it'd be epic.
