does anyone know how to make that noise that 16bit use in pcp? do they just automate the wobble speed and then put an envelope on the pitch? and im also after a basic DAW setup if anyone has an idea. im using massive and fl

im using FL and when i try to make a note slide on the piano roll with massive it doesnt do anything. is there a way to do it?
