Yeh its strange, so i record a whole radio show and only the sound is there, so frustrating, Ive tried different outputs and it doesnt seem to be solving it, personally i think its the mixer, im gonna try it with a mic that has a jack input, plug directly into amp instead, see if that works!

Im having problems recording my mic in Audacity, I have a feeling its more to do with my mixer (Behringer DJX750) than audacity, the mixer picks up the mic and it all comes across the monitors fine, but after recording, only the music has been captured, is there a way around this, like ...

Im just after a basic cdj, to record sets with at home etc, i get enough practise on pioneers when i play out, so i dont neccessarily have to have a pioneer at home, saying that, it does seem the best option, im just so crap at saving monies!!
