I love megalodons tunes but I find them quite hard to recreate. Always end up in some weird place in between as you can see from my last few tracks... I dont even know what to call them style or genre wise.

Interesting sound you got there mate. I would eq a little bit of bottom end off the hats not too much though. add some panning, delay and reverb to give them some space too. as said above i think you need a more punchy snare with some more 'oomph' around 200hz boost it there and use a compressor too...
