Re: These turntables are beginning to fuck me off.

I got a pair of T50's AAAAGES ago and just recently set them up again, I remember I used to have awful feedback problems and it all came down to the surface that they were on and also making sure the cable is GROUNDED to the mixer and deck. Make sure you connect the ground to the metal on the mixer ...

Re: The Reason Q&A Thread

A friend asked a question to me regarding Reason that I was puzzled about and had never thought of before. In Reason 5 you are able to record samples.. The sample length has a maximum recording time of 30 seconds. Is it possible to make the recording split into a new sample at 30 second intervals in...

Re: FL Studio Stereo Mix Recording Issue

Thanks for all the replies, I managed to sort the problem and it was exactly what Siderealdb had said, the fact I hadn't unchecked the send to master channel had created a feedback loop and prevented the recording. Mods feel free to lock the thread

Re: FL Studio Stereo Mix Recording Issue

Thanks Siderealdb I'll look into what you've said, a feedback loop sounds like what's occurring as it just plays a repetitive noise over and over. Nowaysj, basically I'm trying to get FL Studio to record whatever audio is coming out of the speakers on my computer by using the ASIO DirectX Full Duple...

FL Studio Stereo Mix Recording Issue

Wondering if anyone would be able to help.. I have no problem recording stereo mix in Reason 5 and am using the ASIO DIRECTX FULL DUPLEX DRIVER. In an attempt to record stereo mix in FL Studio I have run into a problem as when the driver is set to 'Full Duplex' in the configuration panel it glitches...

Reason 5 Sampling from internal output (speakers)

I've had a look on the forum to see if this has already been addressed.. I'm having trouble getting Reason to record the output of my system, for example iTunes or something on the Internet, but already know that I need to download a internal driver for my soundcard to make this happen. As I don't w...

Re: Much Respect...

yep I read his post like "hi, thanks for the tips over the years" not "I'm new, check out my tunes" maybe he edited his post before I saw it, but at least he's giving props and not all "LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME" I purely removed the link to my soundcloud page that i'd ty...

Re: Much Respect...

I don't understand this forum sometimes. I don't really care either way but I like sticking to rules once they are set so either people should be allowed to advertise or not. There seems to be massive double standards on here. Sometimes people post things very similar to this thread and all the peo...

Re: Much Respect...

See you're from Norwich - how does you find MIDI programming with the extra fingers? (jk ;)) HAHA I'm just studying there at University, I live in Hitchin, previously Luton just north of London so luckily I have the right number of digits :W: Playing the 'board with more fingers would be pretty swe...

Just a shout out to everyone on this forum that has provided useful advice and helped me improve my production techniques prior to registering! I've been a 'lurker' to the production board for a while and was reluctant to join as there are plenty of waste posts and general bullshit but here I am. Lo...
