Which FL Studio you using? FL Studio 9 or above you can easily sidechain with Fruity Limiter.
Put fruity limiter on the mixer channel of whatever you want to sidechain, then go on the mixer channel of your kick or sub and right click on the mixer channel of the thing you want to sidechain, then ...

You can kind of do this using the "Balance" (that thing that has left/right and voume) and Peak Controller inserts. Just right click the volume in the balance and link it to the controller.

messed with a gain abit in the compressor , i dont know if its much better, to me the sub feels fat but then when its layered with all the other frequencies it dulls out. any tips/comments are much appreciated happy holidays
