yea the samples are awesome, started something real fast

i dunno, i learned how to use a hardware synth first, but it is definitely financially smarter to go the other way around. I had a Dave Smith Evolver but i sold it still have a Korg electribe but it and my power speaker are at a friends house right now.

one thing is the artists that inspire me, more specifically hearing something they've done that makes me want to make something, can't really put it into words cause it's more of a feeling.

another thing is experiences, events, happenings, phenomena, etc...

i used to be horrible with listening to music stoned. It'd be like, "i can only listen to *this* song if i'm blazed", but when you get like that it destroys whatever it is that lets you notice the subtleties of a tune, same with producing (for me at least)
