here is a very simple and straight forward structure for dubstep

4/4 at 140bpm

measures
1-32 = intro (keep it simple, and easy to fallow rhythmically so dj's will want to match it up in the heat of a mix, or while performing)
33-64 = bass and drums - main meat of the tune
65-96 = add something ...

i agree with him 100%.
the days of spinning 2 bits of vinyl at once are well n truly over.
I was a trad DJ for years until its limitations got me into production, and now with the Traktor rigs DJing has finally gotten to where I wanted it 15 years ago. So much more room for creativity. Beat matching ...
