Well it looks like you have pointed out your own problem. You can see in the circled areas on the Sytrus screen shot that the waves in the respective screen shots are not in phase. As for some legit advice about this song. Try not using the "Its over 9000" bit continuously. Try sampling it once at the start of the wobble part, then just let the bass wobbles kick in and it'll sound sick.
