Re: Having trouble getting sub to audible frequency.

I can hear the bass loud and clear on my headphones. The problem is that i want everyone to be able to hear it. When I switch to earbud's it's not picking up, and I know laptop speakers wont pick it up either. Ill give some modulation a try and mess with the eq a bit.

Im making a tune that has a big dub feel in it and im having trouble with the bass. It's has a dual oscilator on it right now with a daft filter, no lfo (making a bass not wobble), and im having trouble making it accent on the hit on my 8th notes. Bass EQ Help.

Hey guys, I have a problem with equing and getting my bass to stand out a little more. Before I used to not really eq much but I watched a video and a producer explained how that when you eq you want things stacked in certain frequencys like a shelf. This is so that 2 instruments arent fighting for ...

Samples and Vocal Samples Where Can You Find them.

Hi my name is Fat Chocolate and I have been producing dubstep for about a year now, around 6 months seriously. Ive had trouble in the past finding samples but I found a few packs and increased my library of sounds. These however are getting kind of boring to me and often times I cannot find a certai...

Old School Style Dubstep Labels?

Hi my name is Fat Chocolate and I have been recently fed up with all the filth coming out lately. To me it just sounds like noise and I feel that dubstep is starting to lose its roots. PLEASE DO NOT comment on your opinion of filth, thats not what this thread is about. I was wondering if anyone of y...

Re: Coki Sound Question

I know how to make a wobble, and I know for a fact he uses a delay. But what I'm more after is how he creates that sort of liquid sound that goes with the wobble? Like in this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kaYFw2Q ... re=related

I've been really fed up lately with all the watered down dubstepcoming out now days and I've been heading back to the DMZ and Coki days. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the wobble sound like coki uses is robotnik and goblin. I use massive for wobbles, but it would also to be helpful to fin...
