I've always found this interesting.. eg. theres hip hop.. and than theres westcoast hip hop, dirty south hip hop, midwest ect.. i think its cool how one sound (genre) can take on a different style so to speak based on where its coming from & whos making it ect;; im just curious as to why? like ...

ive been wanting to learn this technique ;hard to describe.. basically its a midrange bass that just sounds like its decreasing in intensity and "giving up" so to speak.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woA7O8TrrAA&feature=related 0:52 pretty bad example but i dont feel like goin extra hard to find ...

@lucaskane - ok, piano more front and center now, now add some verb and a little delay, roll some off the top end and it'll be perfect. Add some more high end phrases on the piano too and you have it done.

Think I found someone who loves pianos as much as me haha!, ah good idea with the high end ...

@nzym- love how that snare comes in ; percussion work is grade A shit; Really lovin the deep vibes off this number. simplistic yet a very driven rythym to it; @2:50 some sort of variation with the bass maybe?
