The thing is that while searching new tunes, I often find ones which sound excellent to me, with less than a 100 views. The aim is to promote such tunes, new artists, and even personal creations, if most of the users also like them.

When did listening to music ever need to be democratic? You search for your music through going to nights, talking to people, finding a label you like then branching off an finding out about it and the artists in it, not through some weak, regulated, facebook association.
