My First Mix Ever (BROs get in here)

Some of you elitist fellas may not like the brolist. I mean track list. However, this is my first mix ever and I made it live without any hardware, just my touchpad on my laptop. I did set cue points on songs before the mix though.

WIP - Meat

Hey all, this is my newest creation. Constructive criticism is encouraged and welcomed. However, please be kind and aware that I'm very new to production (started using Reason 5 about a month ago). It's a work in progress, and I feel like I could really integrate this into something really cool. I ...

Molly Experiences?

Alright. I'm curious about MDMA, and really want to try it. From what I understand, Ecstacy is the main version, but Molly is pure MDMA, not cut with other drugs to weight it down? Are you able to function while on it (I mean, read, socialize, and know to stay hydrated)? I'm going to an electronic ...

Re: cannabis: whats the harm?

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not in a police fan club, but I don't hate them. Sure, they can be real assholes a lot of the time, but they are just men and women trying to make a living just like me. It's not their rules that they enforce, but they have to for their job. I think that instead of ...

I'm not even close enough to being qualified to give you advice, but I do know that watching a shit-ton of tutorials on youtube has helped me with my production a lot.

Re: Brostep?

Yeah, I suppose I'm just going to label my stuff as dubstep. I just think there should be some differentiation between slower tracks like Sludge (Ed Solo & The Skool of Thought) or Headcase (Pantyraid) and faster tracks like Innocence (Nero) and Garbage (Numbernin6).

The samples/hits used in that tune are horrible!
Lol. It figures that the song that I like the most seems to be pretty much universally hated. The only thing I like about the song is the drop. What style of dubstep is the drop? Nobody answered that question, haha.

I kinda knew that. I think a better question would have been, "What's the style of dubstep that's expressed in the drop of the song?" I just really dig the drop.

Re: Brostep?

See post count...

I obviously don't know what I'm talking about, which is why I asked a question about it. You guys could either help me out by wasting maybe a half of a calorie by typing an answer out, or be the typical asshats found on forums.

Brostep?

I might be confused, but is Dubba Jonny's song "A Brief Introduction on Dubstep Production" a brostep song? If not, what kind of dubstep is it? I want my music (when I make it) to have the filthiness that's in the track.

New, and wanting to produce!

Hey guys! I'm new to the forum, and I'm kind of new to Dubstep. I always grew up liking electronic music, but it always lacked something, and I never found out what. Now that I've heard Dubstep, I know what it's been lacking! I am interested in production.
