OK. So i produce via my computer, and my sound card output is a stereo 1/8" mini. I want to run this to my Alesis M! Active 520 Monitors (powered monitors with individual inputs of 1/4" TRS each, one left one right.) I got a Behringer Mixer;

Im just looking for assistance in figuring out how to replicate that plucky synth line heard starting at points 0:00, 1:37, and then again in the outtro. It sounds like a type of string instrument... I guess I'm mainly interested in what type of instrument, synth it is, and how to get it sounding ...
