I like melodyne for time strech, but also wavelab is good :) Ableton's strech can be messy results some times..

huh??

if you mean there's no borders for 1/64, then you can right click on the piano roll (in ableton) and go for "Narrow", then you can get up to 1/8192 :P .. and even more on "Narrowest"

For house/electro I like 128 - 135 (tho i think 135 normally's too fast, but depends on the bassline tho), 140-150ish bpm i like dub :D music have no rules, it's about doing what you feel is right, your ears are the best weapon! they should deside your "rules"

I just posted how to create a sound, and also posted a reference, but that was not to sound like that producer, just heard that kind of sound, and tried on my synths, but can't get the same screamy feeling. I dont think people don't want to create their own sounds, but it can be nice to get some tip...
