Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
@t3h Work on getting the drop cleaner. And post a clip of the mixed version. This one is hard to critique, because the mix is off. Pump up the drums during the verse, too. Maybe vary the bass line with some synths. Good stuff, hats sound sick. by clearing a drop you mean freq or somethin' else? @Re...

Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
@Evader hmm... drumline seems to be empty for me. try to play around with some variations of it! ;-) and turn up a kick volume a bit. @ninthy4 gosh man, love this! i like a way that kick and bass sounds, it's so badass and mindscrewin'. keep it up. :W: it's last one before mixing, which, tbh, i don'...

Re: Making songs less repetitive
Advice about drum patterns is really good. In my case, I have 4 main drums, 2 build up/intro beats, 4 "main" beats w/o hats and two patterns build by hats for fill. For me, reversed snare sound layered with normal snare can make something like swoosh before hit. Don't be afraid to use atmo...

Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
sorry for botherin' you again, but i took some of your advices.
firstly, tbh, i didn't change melody or something, because i focused on better drums and bass movement.
thanks for tips!

Re: Grime Accapellas
ahh I like it though. An acapella of it would still probably just sound like rap. So op, you could look up some rap acapellas. because it's not like there's a 30-50 bpm difference in tempo  i can give you an example of typical rap track with pretty fast "flow tempo", but for what? d...

Re: The FL Studio Q&A Thread
Hi guys!
I've a big problem with syncing and automating Masive with my lovely FL Studio.
Something wierd happens when I'm trying to modulate the automation clip, cuz rate/cutoff knobs just goes crazy and, tbh, it's sounds like s***
Any ideas why did it happen?
Greets.

Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
It's my first post, so hello every1! I read DSF for very long time and now, I think, I need some help. It's my first attempt to make a tune. There is no master or mixing thing, just a pure DAW' sound. I think it's too simple, but I thought that you'll give me some advice what I'm doing wrong at this...
