Re: Chemical Records...
I've placed three orders with Chemical. The first two went very smoothly and I got both before Xmas. Actualy I only waited a week to receive each shipment. Scooped up Airbreaker on test pressing on a whim on Jan 26. Have yet to receive and pretty sure I never will. So I popped over on Red Eye, and g...

Re: Automating Exciter on Sub Bass?
I start out with plain sub bass at F3, EQ'd and Filtered.: f3 = 174.614hz... that is in no way a sub. 'Plain', you mean regular sine wave? EQ'd and fitlered... For one, those are the same thing, two, eqing a sine wave does nothing because a sine is a single frequency, and once you hit that frequenc...

Re: To all Vinyl DJs out there: What slipmats are you using?
Yeah I figured! Idk, I just dropped dough on some Shure M447's with Technics headshells, had to get a new track light, and replace the tonearm clip. So, really just trying to make sure I've got all my basis covered for some the best possible set up :) I think I'm going to grab some Glowtronic, they ...

To all Vinyl DJs out there: What slipmats are you using?
Hey, sorry for a seemingly ignorant post, but I just picked up some secondhand Vestax PDX-2000mkIIs, and I have to say these are wonderful decks for the price I grabbed them at! However, the slipmats are horrid. Old and very worn in. Did I mention they look like they're straight from the nineties? N...

I've definitely been feeling the more garage side of things a la Hotflush, ...
