over 6 and a half minutes long :S really need some help with this one, do i try and shorten it or just called it progressive and be done with it lol :4:
feedback is greatly appreciated and it may lead to me giving you some feedback in ...
i think you guys are all wrong to be honest. I get similar results like this:
double the sound in two, pan one version left, and pan the second one right, while you delay the sound about 10 ms. Also known as the haas effect. It sounds exactly like the dimension expander. Maybe add some reverb ...
sound pretty good, the mixdown is good, it does sound like maybe the kick and the mid ranges could both be cut a bit lower, they seem to lack a little bit, maybe the mid ranges could do with a small bit of widening as well. good vocals as well and well put together nice overall arrangement.
thats really spot on nice one, i got a really similar sound to that as well using massive, i used the wavetable called sinformant, with bitcrush distortion and modulated the wave position all the way from one end to the other, think its in the tune in my sig
to me .... It seems a bit of a pointless waste of time taking a sound effect of a toaster popping up and rasampling it for 5 hours so it sounds like a bassline, when you could just make a bad arse bass patch in massive in about 20 minutes
I am however really interested in chopping up my basslines ...

Add effects. Modulate the arse off of it. Then bounce it out again and repeat the whole process, if you like ...
It seems that for every "how do i make skrillex bass?!?!" thread, there is a smart arse answer.... resampling.
I've been listening to a lot of koan sound lately and have been desperately trying to wrap my head around the techniques they use. I know they are big on resampling and a lot of their ...
I don't understand these topics. What's the point in posting this? Do you want the people on DSF to like you? I'm glad that you discovered "real dubstep" as you call it. But honestly, you could've enjoyed it without posting this right? Welcome to a forum, what people do here is write posts. :dunce ...
shit thats well bad. Those pink stars going around for the last few months are epicly strong, probably some people don't realise and do the same amount as what they normally would bad news anyways
you need a noise oscilator generating white noise, pretty much any synth can do this, then just route it through a filter (lowpass, hipass, bandpass) with the resonance turned up and rise the frequency
