That massive flanging/phasing effect on that intro/break synth you have is what I mean by flanger. As for a good structure, you might want to try: Intro - Verse/build - Drop - Breakdown - Build - Second drop - maybe a short bridge and - Outro. All that needs to be transitioned properly as well.
