Re: How to make a Zedd vocal daft punk-ish bass?
Anyone know any techniques or tools to achieve that vowely sound to the bass in this song at around 1:47 in specific? He uses the same technique throughout the song. I tried with vowel EQ filters but it came out really messy. Not sure where to go from here. Any input is appreciated! :)

Skrillex Growl Tutorial
Just a quick little growl tutorial on making a basic, but effective, growl.
Im not going to babysit you on what each thing does... the patches are entirely up to you and you can tweak/change them to your liking; this is just an example!

Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it!wub wrote:Didn't mind the original a whole lot, but this just sounds like a bunch of midrange noise tacked onto it. Drums are quite weak sounding and don't carry the noisy bits as well as they could.

Re: Free Mastering Servive
If all of my tracks are in the red but I have a nice limiter on the master channel, can I just turn it down to -3db and send you the 1412?
It would be better if you found out how high it was peaking (lets say +2db) and then brought every track down -5db so that it peaks at a max of -3db. The ...
