go into fl studio> options > midi settings> rescan midi devices (make sure it is plunged in via usb)
if doesn't show up then idk
if it does click it and click enable :W:


Problem is, I'm plugging in via serial, not USB... I think it's serial, has 15 pins - not sure if that's what you call ...
