I haven't made dubstep or something heavy in a while, so i was designing some sounds and heres what i ended up making.
Let me know what you guys think, feedback of all sorts is welcome!
I'm releasing my first EP soon, and this is the first track off of it, i'd love it if i could get some feedback from you guys. Good or bad, i dont mind i learn from anything thrown at me.
I don't think I got to share this here. This is really old. Like when i started producing dubstep. I'm surpirsed i got such a good mix. What do you guys think?
First i made a progression and used a good sub, i made a sub and added abit of distortion to it, layered it with another. Watch out, distortion needs to be really really subtle, just to make the sub more prominent ...
@GuitarJon: Loving the guitar progression in the beginning. Being a guitar player myself i felt happy to see someone adding real instruments in the beginning. A bit of a change in the progression of the synths would be nice too but thats just me.
@RvCKvs: I like the piano part. Eq the hats or get ...
I think its too quiet might have to re-master it, cuz ive had a change of equipement and i actually even mixed this on a pair of Beats earphones. Which wouldve done a horrible job. Not sure, i'll see what I can by next week.
Sorry for the post in the production thread guys, I had 2 tabs open and didn't notice i posted in the wrong one.
Anyways, heres a track I finished recently.
Trying new things, all sorts of feedback is welcomed!
