1) Get a normal sub
2) Apply phaser to the first Wavetable
3) Automate either the Phaser knob or apply a Lowpass filter and automate the Cutoff on that

Re: Considering a producing alias change
Ahh I know the feeling. There's some seriously bad stuff of mine from several years ago floating round on the net, but I think it's too late for me to change. I figured that not enough people really know about the bad stuff so I should be ok, I don't think it puts too many people off listening to m...

Considering a producing alias change
I've been producing under the name Musslo since I started producing, which was this time last year. Since it was what I started on there was a lot of bad productions tied to it and this past year was basically just finding the style I like to produce I want to change to 'Alkhemia', it has a great me...

This is the tune of 2012 for me, Wayfarers production style is so original and so far away from what he knows, absolutely amazing how he does it

Re: How to create rolling bongo filled minimal dungeon?
haha cheers man for the support and thanks your tunes are pretty dope n all! :) ahh so you use quite a few different percussion samples, see i'd usually stick to just around 2-3 different samples for my bongo lines but i'll have to try using more. and yeah man it can be hard at times, especially wh...

Re: How to create rolling bongo filled minimal dungeon?
that is good and i too have recently discovered how reverb can really help to bring a track to life but you're drums feel too light if you know what i mean, like in the two tracks i posted above the rolling percussion is so punchy and fills the entire track, in Dualism there is pretty much only sub...

Re: How to create rolling bongo filled minimal dungeon?
I'm trying to make some minimal-ish percussion based 140 myself, to make my percussion flow together I find a fair bit of reverb does the trick, put down the dry and up the wet a little is what I do and I think it does the trick. Shameless self promotion to give an example of what I mean, perc start...

Re: Free Eastern Vocals
Do you want modern singers from the area who still have the accent, or do you want like the microtonal calls to prayer and all the traditional sounds? Because if its the latter, youtube will have tons and tons for you to look through, most of it no one would care if you used, I'd imagine. Only had ...

Free Eastern Vocals
I'm trying to find some (preferably free) eastern style vocals to fit in with a track I'm making, I've looked and I can't find any free and decent enough Here are some examples for what I'm after: http://soundcloud.com/fatkidonfire/ollie-303-shiva-step-fkof-free http://soundcloud.com/50carrot-dubste...

Re: NI Massive Sound Issue, Help Needed Please
Polyphonic plays multiple voices - which are pretty much going to phase in and out and give you a more dynamic changing sound. Monophonic is going to play one or two voices consistently and give you a more consistent sound. pol·y·phon·ic /ˌpäliˈfänik/ Adjective: Producing many sounds simultaneously...

Re: Drugs and Production
Weed - Depends what weed I'm smoking, if its a nice Sativa and a nice day I'll be inspired to make something really nice. If its Indica I'll end up watching a movie and eating instead MDMA - Only tried producing with it twice, ending up doing a solo with my keyboard and jamming out to my own live pe...

NI Massive Sound Issue, Help Needed Please
So whenever I make a sound in Massive I hop onto FL to put it into a song and I make a melody in the piano roll as usual and stick that pattern onto the playlist. The issue is each time the pattern plays the sound in Massive sounds a little different each time the pattern plays, I can provide a Soun...

I'm not gonna enter a track because I am far inferior to most of you here and am busy 'working'
But I can't wait to watch the progress of this, I especially look forward to some trippy songs for psychic type!
I wish all who submit a track well and am looking forward to hearing some!
