Asking for logos
Stumbled on some ancient thread by created by some dude asking if any one made logo's for free which provoked a shitstorm of trolling.

Conflux - Untitled WIP [Dubstep] feedback on melody/lead
I'm looking for some opinions on the melody in part of this track. Feel free to give feed back on anything in this song, but I'm mostly concerned with the melody/lead that comes in @ 0:39 and then repeats later on. ie. give me your first impressions on it and whether or not you think it fits. I want ...

Re: 1.8.7. Deathstep - Annihilation (ep coming soon)
I'm just gonna refrain from saying anything about combining dubstep and deathcore cause i just sound like a pompous asshole haha.
that said, your track is a lot better than some of the other stuff i've heard. i do think that there's a couple of things that would make this track really bad ass ...

I really like this track man. could use a little more variation in it, but still really cool none the less.

Re: The 38th Parallel - The Doberman (The Heavy Stuff)
dude some of your bass sounds are pure evil :D and the intro section is sick especially the white noise explosion when the drums come in.
only 2 things i noticed that you might want to look in to.
1st. the kick and the snare seem to get lost during the drop. you might try doing an eq cut on all ...

Re: Zulishanti - Thunderstorm (Drum+Basstep)
I think it wouldn't hurt to add a couple more melodic elements to the song. something to give it more interest as the track progresses and keep it from feeling repetitive. the song in your signature is a good example of what i mean.

Re: Zeenith-Get this $ (Dubstep)
The drop is pretty sick dude. I like what you're doing rythmically with the bass patterns and the individual bass patches seem to fit really well together tonally (one of them seems to be a bit quieter than the others though).
Personally i like the second drop more than the first because there's ...

Re: Synthesizers: FM8 vs MASSIVE
for me it's less about the synth and more about the approach you take to shaping your sound.
Really agree with this. I think the most important thing is that the type of synthesis and the workflow makes sense to you. The characteristic sound of the synth isnt as important as how you go about ...
