Re: Logic9 wavs with tempo info - sample rate conversion, pi
I've had this.
Couldn't solve it for the life of me, so I converted the sample using another app and imported it into Logic.
Seems to be a conflict with sample rate and pitch on wavs with tempo info that aren't apple loops.
ok well at least i know im not crazy. been awhile since ive opened ...

Re: Logic9 wavs with tempo info - sample rate conversion, pi
^ the wavs from the loopmasters pack are 44.1, the project is set to 44.1. i drag the files into the arrange they are pitched up. All other wavs work fine. The issue is only with wavs that have time information in them, the loopmasters samples. I have tried changing to 48 in my settings, still ...

Re: Logic9 wavs with tempo info - sample rate conversion, pi
^ what about the pitch? the tempo and stretching work fine. i will see if i can find a tempo/stretch setting that may be affecting the pitch. I went straight for the sample rate only because i know sometimes problems with that will lead to weird problems on playback, i thought i had heard pitching ...

Logic9 wavs with tempo info - sample rate conversion, pitch?
Recently something changed.
I have a couple loopmasters samplepacks that have wavs with tempo information in them.
I have made a couple songs with them already, they worked as expected.
Now for some reason when i drag one of these, wavs and only these, other 24bit and 16bit 44,1 and 44,8 non ...

Re: Making the drop "flow"
That's not my style though, I'm not a groovy funky kinda guy, I like more excision/datsik/downlink style. Thats what i love to listen to and what I love to make so I'm not going to listen to genres I don't like to try and get inspiration.
you would be better served to find inspiration outside ...

Re: What to resample
there are things you can do in audio you cant in midi...and vice versa of course, in audio you can reverse and timestretch as examples. so sometimes its just to open up new and different editing options. Also sometimes i bounce because of modulation in the synth is causing inconsistant notes (which ...

Re: HOW TO GET MORE PLAYS
buy the soundcloud pro account, methodically join groups that have a lot of members, send the track to the groups, un spammy way to get more views. the more you do your research and find the active groups the better your results will be.
