Four Tet on Rinse fm last night (08/01/2013) - can anyone ID that track that starts around 1:05:00? (gets going properly after a couple of minutes) feel like I recognise it but I don't know from where....

@Klesherdubs: Cheers for the feedback, yeah I thought it was a bit boring too! My main thing was trying to get the track sounding good, then I can get some better ideas in the mix later. thanks man!

Hi, I've recently started making some tunes and this is my first effort at house... let me know what you think, I can take it!

This is my first tune in a LONG time - all feedback welcome

Here's a reworking of the track - I've mixed up the drums and bass a bit and I've EQed the hats. I also sidechained the bass to the kick, not sure how well this has worked though. What do you reckon?

thanks guys, that's kind of what I was thinking too. The drums and bass are a bit repetitive, I haven't really got into detail with them cos it's just a kind of sketch at the moment. I'll mix it up a bit and try and curb some of the high frequencies - cheers!
