I figured it out through some fondling

There is an lfo control that controls the wobbles. You have to turn off the step sequencer on thor, and then automate the lfo control.

How do I control the wobbles on this preset.

The psychoacoustics apply to the room along with the sound, so I would think since every room is different, that it would not be able to hold evenly across multiple acoustic situations
