@onlyboots I'd actually suggest an outside source for mastering. The skill of mastering takes years and practice to know how to execute it well. Not to mention, having a second pair of ears working on your track is always a plus. Lot's of stuff a producer will miss because they are mentally "too ...

So I've reached that point in a tune where it's been sitting aside unedited for a few days... you know that feel. Anyhow, was looking for feedback on where I should take this track... or perhaps you want the stems to work along side me. :) you know you do...

Good sub bass in this tune. The dissonate piano adds a load of emotion to the track. Following you on SC now

Reminds me of something Zmix would throw together. Pretty snappy, man. Not a fan of brostep myself but good production for the genre!

Grunge! love the compression on the drums. Right around .56 the mix gets kinda muddy. Overall pretty unique tune

I went urban exploring a bit today with my h4n and recorded a good amount of cool little textures as well as some clinks and clangs perfect for percs, snare hits, etc. Just finished slicing them and decided to post them up!

Here is a tune I whipped up as part of a two hour slam session. Mixdown session was set to roll under 30 minutes as a challenge. Would love to here some criticism on overall production (i.e. mixdown input, arrangement, et cetera). Thanks and hope you enjoy :)
