I use massive. Put one long lfo on wt-position of sine-square wave (osc 1), wt-position of square-saw 1 (osc 2), amp (osc 2), cut off of a lowpass 4 (filter 1), dry/wet of reverb (fx 1), then from there theres a ton of things you can do to enhance the sound, like using lfos on different amps ...
